Overview
Krushi ("we", "our", "the service") is an AI-powered skill-building platform. This policy explains what data we collect when you use Krushi, how we use it, and what choices you have. We keep this short and plain — no legal walls of text.
What we collect
Account information
Your email address, used to create and identify your account. We do not collect your name.
Profile data
Information you provide during onboarding: your professional field, years of experience, current tech stack, career goal, and weekly learning hours. This is the information Krushi uses to generate personalised tasks for you.
Task and quiz activity
The tasks generated for you, the actions you take on them (started, completed, dismissed), quiz attempts, scores, and answers. This is your learning history.
Usage metadata
Timestamps of when tasks and quizzes were generated and completed. We do not track page views, clicks, or browsing behaviour beyond what is necessary to run the service.
How we use your data
- To generate personalised, AI-powered skill tasks based on your profile.
- To generate quizzes based on the tasks you receive.
- To show you your task history and quiz scores.
- To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
- To improve the quality of recommendations over time (aggregate, anonymised patterns only).
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.
AI and third-party services
Krushi uses AI to generate your tasks and quizzes. To do this, your profile data (field, experience, tech stack, career goal, and learning context) is sent to an AI model via OpenRouter. Your email address is never sent to the AI.
We also rely on the following sub-processors to operate the service:

Data retention
We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Krushi uses session cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Krushi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
