1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Krushi ("the service", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Krushi.

2. What Krushi is

Krushi is an AI-powered skill-building platform. Based on the professional profile you provide, the service generates personalised, hands-on tasks and quizzes designed to help you build practical skills.

Tasks and quizzes are generated by AI and are provided for educational and skill-building purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice, and we make no guarantee that completing a task will result in any specific career outcome.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile — the quality of your recommendations depends on it.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Krushi.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service in a way that incurs unreasonable costs.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from Krushi at scale.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another person or provide false profile information to manipulate AI outputs.

5. Usage limits

Krushi enforces daily limits on AI-generated task and quiz requests. These limits exist to ensure fair access for all users and to manage service costs. Limits may change over time and may differ between free and paid plans. We will communicate material changes to limits in advance where possible.

6. AI-generated content

Tasks, quiz questions, and feedback are generated by AI models. While we design prompts carefully to produce accurate, high-quality content, AI can make mistakes. We do not warrant that any AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. Always apply your own judgement when following task instructions, particularly those involving system configuration, infrastructure, or security.

7. Intellectual property

The Krushi name, logo, and original software are our intellectual property. The profile data you enter and the task history associated with your account are yours. AI-generated tasks are provided to you for personal use; you may not redistribute or resell them.

8. Privacy

Your use of Krushi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Krushi available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

11. Limitation of liability

Krushi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or career outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Krushi shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
